Our son and his young family were considering a move from New York City to London and we were introduced to Madi by friends. We had a very small window of a couple of days to visit from out of town get a sense of London. Madi set up a tour of neighbourhoods she thought might work and had a house in each one for us to tour. My son and his family ultimately accepted a position in the U.S, but I am afraid Madi has spoiled us and set a standard which is hard to meet. For each real estate agent we deal with now, one of us will remark “Well! He/she certainly isn’t a Madi!” Or “Madi wouldn’t do it that way”.
